  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with silicone muffin cups.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
  3. Add Mix-Ins: Stir in the shredded mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and fresh basil.
  4. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and marinara sauce until smooth.
  5. Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
